Information we collect
Contact details, service addresses, property access instructions, job photos, scheduling preferences, and payment records. Contractors additionally provide onboarding, tax, and payout details required to work as an independent contractor.
How we use it
To quote, schedule, staff, document, and invoice cleaning work; to send service messages; to pay contractors; and to meet tax and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Text messages
If you opt in, we send job reminders, on-the-way alerts, completion summaries, and invoice links. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you can also change notification preferences in your client account.
Payments
Card and bank payments are processed by our payment provider. We store only invoice records and non-sensitive references — never full card numbers or bank credentials.
Property access information
Access codes and entry notes are stored securely and shown only to the cleaners assigned to your job, and only shortly before the scheduled start time.
Photos
Before-and-after photos document job condition and quality. They are visible to you and to our administrators, and are retained for our standard record-keeping period unless you ask us to delete them.
Retention and your rights
We keep records as long as needed for service history, tax, and legal requirements. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
