Question 1

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs, including Lakewood, Ohio City, Tremont, Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights, Rocky River, and Westlake. If you're just outside that ring, ask — we often can.

Question 2

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

No. Most clients give us a lockbox code, smart-lock code, or key instructions stored securely in your property profile. Access details are only visible to your assigned cleaners shortly before the job starts.

Question 3

Do you bring supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we bring everything for standard and deep cleans. For recurring commercial and Airbnb work we usually use your on-site supplies and flag when stock runs low.

Question 4

How is pricing determined?

Accepted Answer

Flat pricing based on size, condition, and scope for most homes; hourly for open-ended projects. Your quote states which method applies before you approve anything.

Question 5

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You'll get a secure invoice link after the job is reviewed. Pay by card or bank transfer — no cash needed, no card kept on file unless you choose autopay.

Question 6

What if something isn't right?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and correct it at no charge. If we can't make it right, we credit the affected portion of the invoice.

Question 7

Are your cleaners employees?

Accepted Answer

Our cleaners are independent contractors. They choose the jobs they take, set their own availability, and are paid on a biweekly payout schedule.

Question 8

Can I skip or reschedule a visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reschedule or skip up to 24 hours before your arrival window at no cost. Inside 24 hours a partial fee may apply so the cleaners who held the slot are still paid.
